Welcome to our newest page addition…BAD ASS VEHICLES!! To preserve the PG rating for this blog, we will refer to them as BAV going forward.
We will update photos of BAV which we have had the fortune to meet along our journey. In most every case, we have met the owners, toured the vehicles, and shared stories of our various journeys.
I call them BAV for two reasons: a) they are truly bad a$$ and b) up until this trip I have only read about them on the internet on forums such as Expedition Portal so seeing them in person has been quite the treat!
From time to time, I’ll come back to this page and add some personal reflections for each of these vehicles.
Sit back and Enjoy!

Hah! We’ll have to rectify that at some point! We haven’t seen many bikers so far. Probably the most were in Alaska when we met you! And then along Baja there was just one couple traveling the world on their bike and another group of guys that we met (3upcollective) traveling the PanAm highway.
I see you don’t monetize your page, don’t waste your traffic, you can earn extra bucks every month because you’ve got hi quality content.

Cool pics! The white Toyota (4th pic) is a 100 series Land Cruiser. I would like to do something like that to mine but a lifted pop up camper will do for now.
What, no motorcycles Darryl ?!?!?!?!?

Ha! The orange Unimog with the Ormocar camper was built by me. Loved that truck! So happy to see it still alive!

So is your XP still as badass as you hoped? Does it rank with those big bad boys in the pictures?
